Ounce of Prevention is unique in what we offer and results are dramatic over a short period of time. As a result, our client base is comprised of students from areas throughout Michigan as well as around the country. Advertisement for the center is almost exclusively through word-of-mouth from satisfied parents and teachers.

Interventions at the center include research-based, effective, efficient methods of reading therapy, cognitive process training, and timing/rhythmicity training to improve reading speed and accuracy, spelling, ADD/ADHD symptoms, handwriting, and processing speed. Results have been impressive since the inception of Ounce of Prevention in 1999.
